Working with Me
My aim isn't simply to help you achieve your fitness goals, but also to help you live a fitter and healthier life. During our fitness "journey" together, I would like to teach you exercise techniques and training methods, nutrition facts and core management guides that you can use even when you're not training with me. I am passionate about what I do and like to learn new fitness methods, watch fitness and nutrition related materials to always better myself. The newly learnt knowledge is always tested on me first and when it works would be introduced to you too. I also believe in a saying of "practice what you preach" and keep myself fit with regular exercise and follow a healthy diet.
I don't believe in big group workouts that hold 20+ people. During group workouts like these the exercises are often performed poorly because it is impossible for the trainer to divide his/her attention on 20+ people. Poor technique not just not going to give you the effect of the exercise but can also lead to injury. Small group training however only holds up to 6 people. The core is one of the most important part of your body. It connects your upper and lower body therefore keeping the core strong is essential. Weak core can make everyday movements difficult and even painful and can lead to injuries and back pain. I am a specialist. Get in touch.
Cardio exercises are important to keep your lungs, heart and cardiovascular system healthy. There are all kind of cardiovascular exercises, starting from the most obvious ones, like running, cycling or swimming to the less obvious ones like mountain climber or high knees or even jump squats!

Boxing exercises are super popular, extremely fun but also very tiring. They promote fat burning and help with toning the whole upper body and core. COMING SOON
I like to use the jump rope exercises to make the cardio based workouts different. Jump rope workouts are really fun and it's a great way to burn body fat and tone your shoulder. If you would like to get leaner, get in touch.
