Choosing to work with Me, isn't just about increasing fitness. It's about improving your entire quality of life. If you are working out properly, you are healthier, sleeping better, have more energy and less stress and able to perform better.
Small group workouts (up to 4 people) are fun and effective. Train with you family member, friends or even colleagues!
Stretching exercises can help you maintain and increase flexibility. Make sure you stretch after every workout.
Cardio is great for fat burning and helps your lungs, heart, circulation and more. Cardio blast sessions can mean an intense HIIT or a fun interval session or even a simple continuous cardio for endurance.
Strength training is anything to do with becoming stronger. I use a lots of body weight exercises, free weights, barbells and cable machines.
Boxing is a great cardio exercise and it's fun! Elevates the heart rate whilst it works upper body and core.
Skipping is a cardio exercise that elevates heart rate and promotes fat burning. Best way to burn fat is to do interval jump rope workouts.
Lots of different type of chest exercises using your own body weight, barbells, free weights or even the cable machine.
Pull ups are one of the best exercises. It works your shoulders, chest, back, core and even your biceps.
