It's easy to get bored or feel de-motivated about working out when you don't have guidance. In 1 to 2 training, you'll have a me (your trainer) who will create a program with variety, so you and your training partner alway stay motivated and excited to get moving.

Some people don't want to work with a personal trainer because they're intimidated by the one-on-one experience. With a 1 to 2 training, you can still receive help from a professional without the stress of the individual focus.

Overworking yourself, picking up too much weight or taking a gamble at an exercise you've never tried before can be harmful. By enrolling yourself in a private training led by a qualified trainer, you won't have to worry about overexerting your body or blindly working yourself to the point of muscle strain.
