HIIT 30 is a 30 minutes, intense and very effective high intensity interval training done outdoors. This workout will use mainly body weight exercises and some other fitness equipment (this could be free weights, battle ropes, kettlebells, bench etc.). From plyometrics to isometric exercises this 30 minutes workout routine will give you a full body workout.
These amazing group classes will give you a workout for your entire body. All 10 elements of fitness can be combined in these sessions that you will be able to enjoy with 7 other people. Group classes are small (max. up to 8 people) so the instructor can make sure all exercises are performed with good technique.
