There is nothing better than doing some training outdoors and breathing fresh air. I will provide all the necessary equipments, including mats and you will only need a bottle of water to keep you hydrated.

These sessions can be done in parks, tennis; football and basketball courts, or anywhere where is convenient for both of us.

Training in a private studio is very fun. We would have access to amazing equipments, that are often not available when training outdoors. The weather would never be a problem and you would also be able to park, get changed and even shower if wanted to.

online personal training

Online training is for people who cannot commit to a certain day and time during the week, but would still like to keep fit and would need guidance from a professional. By signing up to this type of training, you would be receiving weekly/monthly programmes using a software (it also has an app) and your trainer would be regularly be in touch with you to see how things are going.
